Residential Property Loan
A residential investment property loan is sought by those looking to refinance or purchase a residential property as an investment with payment for the loan from the tenants’ rents. Many of our clients are looking for short term money to buy and renovate a property before selling it.
Commercial Properties Loan
A commercial property loan is one made for the purchase, refinance, or expansion of an owner-occupied business such as a manufacturer, warehouse operation, office condo or office building, multi-family properties, or for land development projects.
SBA LOANS
An SBA guaranteed loan can be a valuable resource for small businesses that need help growing their business. Under the SBA 7(a) loan, the loan is guaranteed by the government up to 75% of the loan amount. The SBA 504 loan can also help real estate projects in which a CDC puts up 40% of the loan, the lender puts up 50%, and the borrower puts up 10% in the form of cash or equity.
OWNER OCCUPIED LOANS
Owner-occupied loans are made to those businesses that wish to renovate or purchase real estate that is or will be occupied by that business.

Investment Property Loans are sought by investors purchasing real estate to generate rental income or to rehab and sell. Many also seek to refinance their current loan for a better rate or due to demands made by their current lender.
LINES OF CREDIT LOANS
Lines of Credit Loans are requested to support the working capital needs of the business client. Loan Locis will examine the cash conversion cycle of the business client, underwrite the loan and place it with an appropriate lender.
