Loan Locis, LLC is a loan broker that examines the loan requests from businesses and then seeks the right lender to meet borrower’s demand. The principal has over 30 years as a former commercial lender for banks in the Maryland and DC area. Through associations with other brokers, we can place loans across the United States.
Owner occupied loans
to purchase a building and refinance a current building owned by the business.
Invest property loans
are sought by investors purchasing real estate to generate rental income or to rehab and sell. Many also seek to refinance their current loan for a better rate or due to demands made by their current lender.
Lines of credit loans
are requested to support the working capital needs of the business client. Loan Locis will examine the cash conversion cycle of the business client, underwrite the loan and place it with an appropriate lender.
